SC State Accident Fund Revamps Insurance Platform

The South Carolina State Accident Fund is the largest provider of workers' compensation insurance in the state. It has chosen Patriot Technologies' new platform, PN InsuranceExpert, to update and better their current system. This includes replacing and modernizing "claim, policy and forms systems." The SC State Accident Fund (SAF), provides cost-effective workers' comp insurance and serves nearly 700 employees and 200,000 workers. The Director of the SAF, said that implementing the new system will increase efficiency, security, and overall customer satisfaction. He believes that working with Patriot Technologies will allow the SAF to provide "unmatched quality service."
