FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS - CLICK HERE TO FILL OUT SURVEY
Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers is looking for individuals across the state of South Carolina who would like to participate in a focus group and give us their opinions on a broad range of issues as well as on the specifics of our cases. We will hold focus groups during the evening hours of approximately 5:30pm-9:30pm, Monday through Thursday, as well as some Saturdays, from approximately 8:30am-5pm.
Week night focus group participants will be paid $100 for their time while Saturday focus group participants will be paid $200.
This will not be an ongoing responsibility, but a one-time event, unless you wish to participate again in the future after all of the participants who have signed up have had an opportunity to serve.
Food and beverage will be provided during each session.
Each person who completes the initial survey will be contacted to make sure they are available for a specific night or a specific day.
PAST PARTICIPANTS:
There is no need to complete the survey again as all previous information has been saved.
Participants that are returning will be scheduled as alternates for the events.
If all juror participants are able to serve when a focus group is ready to begin, alternates who are dismissed will receive $40 each. In the event one or more jurors are not able to serve, alternates may be selected to serve as jurors and will instead receive $100 (or $200 if the focus group is a full-day event) for their service.
