Workers who receive weekly pay from worker's compensation are paid 66 and 2/3% of their average wage up to the new maximum set by the commission.

SC Worker's Compensation Commission Increased Pay
The South Carolina Worker's Comp Commission has approved an increase in the maximum weekly pay by 2.3% for those injured on the job beginning January 1, 2016.
The maximum pay a worker may receive per week is $784.03. That total is up from $776.05 that the commission set for 2015.
