Jennifer Graham serves as the Information Technology Executive at Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers. Since joining the firm in 2014, her experience spans legal operations and technology. Early in her tenure, her responsibilities included hands-on casework, giving her direct insight into the full lifecycle of personal injury cases. This experience continues to inform her approach to designing and implementing technology solutions that enhance case management, streamline processes, and support effective client outcomes.
In her role as the firm’s IT Executive, Jen leads the firm’s technology strategy while managing its infrastructure and day-to-day IT operations. She plans and implements technological initiatives that support the firm’s long-term goals and manages the firm’s internal helpdesk, making sure staff have reliable, efficient support.
Jen also partners with vendors and service providers to maintain and improve critical systems, keeping solutions dependable, cost-effective, and aligned with operational needs. She evaluates new technology with an eye toward long-term value and scalability, while maintaining a strong focus on cybersecurity, risk management, and protecting sensitive client and firm information.
When she’s not working, Jen enjoys spending time with her daughter, exploring record stores to add to her ever-growing vinyl collection, and attending concerts—where you can usually find her in the mosh pit.
