A young woman was a passenger in a car where the driver was driving too fast for conditions. The driver ran off the road and hit a tree head-on near Gilbert Road in Conway, SC.
The passenger was taken to the ER where her traumatic injuries were diagnosed and treated.
She sustained a broken right hip that required a full hip replacement. Her left hip needed a ball and joint replacement while her right femur was also replaced. Her sternum and tailbone were fractured and she sustained multiple disk bulges and needed a left foot reconstruction.
Because of the recklessness of the driver and the severity of our client’s medical damages, there were minimal challenges in getting her the full policy limits of the liability insurance policy as well as the underinsured motorist coverage.
