Ben enjoys helping people understand and use the legal system to regain control after life’s most difficult moments. Practicing since 2010, Ben has litigated for clients in South Carolina’s trial courts, administrative law court, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court.

In 2023, after working for civil defense firms litigating personal injury, defamation, and privacy cases, he joined the Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers to help individuals who have been injured by the wrongdoing of others.
A native of Irmo, South Carolina, Ben graduated from Duke University and the University of South Carolina School of Law, where he was an Articles Editor for the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business and a member of the Moot Court Bar.
