Steffanie Owczarzak joined Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers in the Spring of 2023.
Before Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers, Steffanie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Health Insurance Subrogation Analyst for 15 years where she specialized in trauma auto accident claims. She reviewed injury claims and negotiated with both attorneys and auto accident adjusters across all 50 states to come to amicable resolutions for all parties.
Now, Steffanie uses her experience to help clients recover their Medpay and PIP payments. She ensures that all accident related bills are received and billed to health insurance in a timely manner and that we have all lien information needed to settle a case.
Steffanie moved to Myrtle Beach from Springfield, Illinois and has three children: Madison, Hudson and Ryder. She spends as much free time at the beach as she can.
