A native of Wallace, NC and longtime resident of the Charleston area, Christie Dixon works as a Litigation Paralegal at Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers.
Christie is a graduate of Wallace-Rose Hill High School. She earned her BA and MA in English from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and completed the Paralegal Studies certification through the University of South Carolina.
Christie brings a diverse higher education background of twenty years to the Derrick Law Firm, with positions ranging from English instructor to NCAA Division I athletic administrator. In her current role as a Litigation Paralegal, Christie works with the attorneys and Chief Litigation Executive in preparing clients' cases through litigation and the trial process.
Christie resides in Summerville, SC with her husband, Fred, a retired Chief Petty Officer with the US Coast Guard, and their fur babies. In her spare time, Christie enjoys the beach, hiking, gardening, and anything that takes her on outdoor adventures.
