Casey Allen joined Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers in February 2026 as a Workers’ Compensation paralegal. As a child, she saw firsthand the challenges her family faced when her father was on Workers’ Compensation. Experiencing those struggles inspired her to help others in similar situations. Today, she is dedicated to supporting her clients, easing their worries, and working diligently on their cases. She is truly passionate about helping others.
Casey was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina. She has two children, Baylee and Brantley, and loves spending her free time making memories and having fun with them.
