Emily is an attorney with a diverse legal background. A proud graduate of the College of Charleston and the University of South Carolina School of Law, Emily has lived and worked in many parts of the state, including the Midlands, Pee Dee, Grand Strand, and Lowcountry. After graduating law school in 2015, she served as a judicial law clerk, a prosecutor, and an environmental advocate. Emily is excited to join the Derrick Law Firm where she can continue seeking justice for her clients. She is based out of North Charleston and is licensed to practice in South Carolina.
When not at the office, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, including her cat and dog.
