Heather Limone brings over three decades of legal experience to her role as Litigation Paralegal at Derrick Law Firm Injury Lawyers. Her background includes a wide range of matters, including personal injury, property damage, construction defect, toxic tort, employment law and more. Known for her strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, Heather plays a vital role in supporting both clients and attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Prior to moving to South Carolina and joining DLF, Heather served for 15 years as a litigation paralegal with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office, followed by several years with the Trial and Insurance Group at Hill Wallack LLP in Princeton, New Jersey. Earlier in her professional journey, Heather worked for NJM Insurance as a claims representative where she gained valuable insight into claims handling and the insurance process which continues to benefit her work in personal injury litigation today.
Heather studied Law & Justice at The College of New Jersey. She holds an Associate degree from Mercer County Community College’s ABA approved paralegal program. While attending college, Heather built a strong foundation for her career in litigation by working as a legal secretary.
Outside of work, Heather enjoys spending time with her family, friends and two red Boston Terriers. She is a lifelong Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Heather is inspired by the song “Make It Happen” by her favorite artist Mariah Carey and believes deeply in the power of resilience and positivity—values that guide her in both her personal and professional life.
