I started my education at St. Thomas the Apostle and Northwest Catholic High School, then went on to Morse School of Business in Connecticut, where I focused on computer and secretarial training.
My career has always centered on helping others. I began in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster handling personal injury cases, which gave me a strong understanding of how injury claims work from the inside.
In 1991, I transitioned into a new role as a pre-litigation personal injury legal secretary. Nearly three decades later, it’s still work I truly care about because supporting people during what is often one of the most difficult times in their lives is incredibly meaningful to me.
