After a woman died in a multi-car accident involving celebrity and Olympic Gold Medalist, Bruce Jenner, the woman's stepchildren are filing suit for wrongful death and the enormous damages they feel they have suffered.

Sixty-nine year old Kim Howe was pushed into oncoming traffic when Jenner's SUV collided with hers back in February of this year. She was killed in the crash.

Howe's stepchildren say they have suffered damages for their great loss, but there is no word on how much the family is asking for in damages.

Jenner has not been charged in the case and the accident investigation is ongoing.
