Two South Carolina students were killed in a car wreck on their way to class on Friday. One high school student and one middle school student of Chesnee, South Carolina were killed in a wreck happening just before 8 am on Friday on a road west of Chesnee. The students were on their way to Chesnee High School and Middle School. A third passenger in the car, also a student at Chesnee Middle School, was injured and has been flown to Spartanburg Regional Medical Center for treatment. The accident occurred when the driver lost control of the car on a curve and hit an embankment and a tree. The names of those involved have not yet been released.
