Two jet skis collided Saturday afternoon on the Intracoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach, sending one man by helicopter to a Wilmington hospital.
The jet skis collided about 3:45 p.m. near the Grand Strand airport, said Leslie Yancey for Horry County Fire Rescue. Their marine research team rescued one man from the water and airlifted him to New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington.
Yancey was unsure of the extent of the man's injuries. The second man declined transport.
