Driver charged with 2 Counts Felony DUI After Brothers Pass

On December 22, 2014, two cars were involved in a deadly crash on Red Bluff Road. 

The at-fault driver in a 1998 Ford Explorer crossed the center line and collided with a 2007 Jeep Cherokee. Inside the Cherokee were Loris brothers, Christopher and Miles Waddell. 

Christopher, 26 years old, passed away soon after the accident and Miles, 17 years old, passed away 8 days later.

The at-fault driver, Craig Austin Livingston, was taken to the hospital for injuries and charged with 2 counts of Felony DUI Resulting in Death as well as a charge for having an open container of beer or wine in his vehicle.
