Accident Outside of Charleston Causes 9 Hour Closing

The eastbound lanes of I-26 in North Charleston were closed for almost 9 hours due to an accident involving two tractor-trailer trucks. The crash caused the wood chips being carried by both trucks to catch fire. Both drivers were taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries. They were both wearing seat belts at the time of the accident.
