Posted on Mar 31, 2010
A mother and daughter were taken to Grand Strand Medical Center after crashing the Toyota Camry they were driving Tuesday evening.

The two were driving down Highway 17 South near Little River. A witness says they saw the car come up behind them, driving fast, and the witness moved over to let the car pass. The Camry continued on, but then crashed soon afterwards. It was the only vehicle involved in the wreck. The mother was driving at the time of the crash.

Highway Patrol is still investigating the cause of the accident.
