Conway Wreck Flips Car Upside Down

Two cars were traveling north on Highway 701 near Conway, South Carolina. One of the vehicles was traveling too fast for conditions and pushed the car in front of them into a ditch. Due to the impact, the car became airborne and flipped upside down.

Inside the car was a husband and wife. The wife was taken to Conway Hospital ER as a trauma victim via Horry County Fire Rescue. Once at the ER, the woman had multiple radiological scans and assessments. Her major complaint was in regards to the pain in her left shoulder. After being discharged from the hospital, the woman followed up with an orthopedic specialist who determined that she had a fractured humerus from the accident and needed surgery immediately.

The woman went in for surgery and after was required to have physical therapy which she continued through the duration of the case.

After investigating the case, finding all available insurance polices and evaluating her medical records and bills, Car Accident Attorney Kevin Mulet sent a demand to the at-fault party's liability insurance carrier as well as to the victim's personal underinsured motorist insurance carrier.

Because the at-fault driver was found guilty of driving too fast for conditions and the liability was clear cut, the woman's injuries were significant and pain ongoing, Attorney Mulet was able to get her portion of the liability policy as well as the full policy limits of her UIM policy.
