Victim Identified After Fatal I-26 Car Accident

A 20-year-old man is dead after a single car accident on I-26 near mile marker 194. Police say the accident happened around 2:30 P.M. when the driver of a Honda, Patrick Mason Boynton, ran off the road going eastbound and hit a tree. He was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Boynton was wearing his seat belt, however investigators say that alcohol, marijuana, and cocaine were found in the car.
