Tractor-Trailer Accident Closes Robert Grissom Parkway Friday Morning

An 18-wheeler overturned on Robert Grissom Parkway Friday morning and the northbound lanes were closed for almost 5 hours while crews worked to flip the tractor-trailer back over. The accident happened around 6:40 am and the driver of the truck was ok but did request medical attention. The 18-wheeler was leaking fluids after the crash but the leak was taken care of. The police are continuing to investigate the accident.
