One Person Dies and Another is Injured in Georgetown Accident

South Carolina Highway Patrol reports that one person died and another person was injured in a car accdient on Pee Dee Road in Georgetown.  A Ford four-door vehicle was traveling west and ran off the the roadway, struck a ditch, and then overturned several times.  The passenger in the vehicle was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident and was ejected from the car.   He died from his injuries and was identified as 28-year-old Simon Dease Jr,  The driver, 26-year-old Jeremy Grate was also not wearing a seat belt and was also ejected from the car. He was taken to the hospital in Charleston to be treated.
