A 43-year old Myrtle Beach man has died after an auto accident Monday night in Surfside.  Dennis Sawyer was killed after the moped he was driving was involved in an accident with a car around 8 pm on US 17 Business and 13th Avenue North.  Sawyer died from multiple injuries sustained in the accident.  He was not wearing a helmet.  The driver of the car  was not injured and no charges have been filed.

The SC Highway Patrol's MAIT team is still investigating the accident.
