Motorcyclist Injured In Accident on I-385

A motorcyclist sustained injuries after colliding with another vehicle at 2:35 P.M. near mile marker 10 on I-385.  Lance Cpl. Bill Rhyne with the South Carolina Highway Patrol said Steven Longstreet, 52, had to be airlifted to Greenville Memorial Hospital after the accident.  

Accoding to Rhyne, Longstreet was driving his 2011 Harley Davidson northbound on I-385 when he collided with a 1990 four-door Buick.  He was ejected from the motorcycle at the time of the crash.  Longstreet was not wearing a helmet; the driver of the car was wearing a seatbelt and did not have to be transported to the hospital.
