Man Dies After Motorcycle Accident

A Society Hill man has died following a motorcycle accident in Bennettsville. Dennis Mitchell Spease, 45, was pronounced dead at the scene after the motorcycle he was riding ran off the road and struck a guardrail. The accident happened around 8:50 p.m. on SC 912. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

The accident is still under investigation by the SC Highway Patrol.
