Judge defers sentencing in triple fatal crash

A North Carolina judge has deferred sentencing for a man who killed two teenagers and a one-year-old baby while driving high on cocaine.

Frank Davidson of North Carolina caused a fatal wreck in January of 2007 while he was high on cocaine that killed 2 Marlboro County teenagers and a one-year-old baby. Davidson pled guilty to cause the three fatalities and faces up to 90 years in prison.

His sentencing has been deferred until December, but he will undergo frequent drug tests in the meantime. He must also give 100 public speeches to schools, addiction treatment centers and the like before his sentencing can be completed.
