Horry County Bus Driver Charged

Horry County bus driver Michael Joseph Burns ,77, was charged with failure to yeild the right of way.
Back in November 2, 2009 the bus Burns was driving collided with a motorcycle on Highway 31 overpass at Grissom Parkway. South Carolina Highway Patrol spokesman, Sonny Collins, said the motorcyclist was 18-year old Marc Chaplin, and he died at the scene of the accident.
