Highway 501 Crash Caused non-Life Threatening Injuries

A two car collison in front of Dick's Pawn Shop on Highway 501 in Horry County caused injuries, but none of those injuries were life threatening, according to Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins of the South Carolina Highway Patrol.

According to Collins, the two vehicles were traveling southbound on Highway 501 when one vehicle tried to change lanes and did not see the other car.  The driver tried to correct the mistake by jerking back into the other lane, but lost control of the car and struck the other car.  Both drivers were taken to the Conway Medical Center, but reportedly did not have any life-threatening injuries.
