DUI Related Crash Kills One Person

The South Carolina Highway Patrol stated that one person was dead after a crash in Berkeley County last Thursday night. Candy Zoll died after being transported to the emergency room from injuries sustained in the crash.
The police say that the accident happened around 8:40 pm when Shana Robinson crossed the center line and struck a sedan head-on. Robinson was also transported to the hospital and was later charged with felony DUI. The passenger in Robinson's car was taken to the emergency room as well. Neither was wearing a seatbelt in the accident.
