Driver Charged After Accident Involving Overturned Truck

The South Carolina Highway Patrol has charged a 17-year-old with driving too fast for conditions Monday after a single car accident in Monks Corner. A 1995 Dodge pick-up truck traveling east on Whitesville Road ran off the right side of the road and overturned. The driver, William Lee Keller, and a 14-year-old passenger were injured in the wreck and transported to Trident Hospital.
Keller was charged with driving too fast for conditions. The SC Highway Patrol continues to investigate the accident.
