Crash Victim in Lexington Identified

The Lexington County coroner has identified a man that was killed last Thursday evening in an accident. 30-year-old Timothy Ellisor died at the scene of the accident on Edmund Highway near Northcutt Road around 7 pm. He was driving a pickup truck headed west on Edmund Highway when he went off the right side of the road. The truck then crossed the left side of the road, started to overturn, and then burst into flames after hitting a tree. It was reported that emergency workers had to cut Ellisor from the truck. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident. Investigators are still working on the initial cause of the accident.
