A multiple car accident Wednesday morning closed the 2 north bound lanes of Highway 17 Bypass near Coastal Grand Mall.  A least one person was injured in the accident which involved 3 other vehicles.  The South Carolina Highway Patrol and rescue crews were able to clear the scene and reopen all lanes to traffic.  

The Highway Patrol is still investigating the accident.
