Charleston Pedestrian Hit in Meeting St Crosswalk

Just before 2 AM on August 13, 2017, a pedestrian was hit while in the crosswalk at Meeting Street and Woolfe Street by a passing car in downtown Charleston, SC.

The at-fault car fled the scene and did not stop to help or call authorities. Surveillance cameras in the area did provide a look at the car and Charleston Police Department asks that anyone with information please give them a call.
