Bishopville Mother Killed in Car Accident

A Bishopville mother was killed in an auto accident Tuesday morning shortly after dropping her kids off at school. Authorities say that a truck hit the woman after she ran a stop sign at Highway 441 and Green Lane.
The driver of the truck, Leroy Mack, was driving on Highway 441 when the victim, Harmeitra Jenkins was driving on Green Lane when she disregarded the stop sign and was hit by the truck. The accident remains under investigation.
