1 Person is Dead After Florence County Accident

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says that one person was killed in a accident involving an 18-wheeler on I-95 Monday morning. The accident happened around 11:45 am near mile marker 157. Two vehicles and a tractor-trailer were traveling in the same direction when they collided with each other. It is unclear what caused the collision.

At least one person was killed in the accident and the SC Highway Patrol's MAIT team is continuing to investigate.
