Do I have to go to court to settle my personal injury claim?

A: Most of the time, a personal injury claim can be resolved without the need to go to court for a trial.  But, if the insurance company denies your claim, or refuses to offer you a  fair settlement, you may need to take the case to court.  When a personal injury claim cannot be fairly resolved between you and the insurance company, it may be time to file a lawsuit.
