Man injured while trying to leave the scene of a traffic jam on a bridge
Client received leg injuries when he was hit by the defendant driving too fast for conditions on an icy road. Client had come to a traffic jam due to a car loosing control on an icey bridge. As client was walking to the edge of the bridge, the defendant drove his car over the crest of the bridge at a speed which prevented him from stopping. The defendant's car hit my client as he attempted to escape.
