Logger wins bad faith insurance verdict versus LLoyd's of London

My client was a logger. While he was out of town, his equipment was burnt intentionally. He knew of two individuals who were upset with him. He filed for insurance benefits but was denied. Lloyd's of London, his insurance company, even filed suit against him. During the discovery process, documents were obtained that proved Lloyd's of London knew they had no evidence to deny the claim but chose to do so anyway. There was also a memo from a local representative of Lloyd's to Lloyd's recommending filing suit against the logger before he sued them for the sole purpose of gaining an advantage before a jury.
