Jet ski rider fractures face when hit by other jet ski

Jet ski rider sustain facial fractures when hit directly in the face by another jet ski.  My client turned around in the intercoastal waterway and a first time driver of a jet ski was too close and didn't know how to avoid the collision.  The other jet ski shot up the front end of my clients jet ski hitting my client in the face.  Fortunately, a friend pulled his face from the water as he lay unconscious.
