Female injured at Go-cart track

My client was a visitor at a Myrtle Beach Go-Kart attraction. She was injured when a unsupervised kid drove a go-kart into her kart while she was sitting still in the pit area.  The defendant had the ability to slow the engines on all go-karts once they began to pit at the end of the race by controls located in the pit area.  This was not done which allowed an inexperienced kid to fly into the pit area when he mistakenly hit the gas instead of the brake.
