Drunk driver ran into ditch hurting passenger (All Available Insurance obtained)
Passenger was riding with his friend when he realized his friend had been drinking and was driving reckless. He asked his friend to let him out of the vehicle. The friend kept driving reckless and ran into a ditch. My client lacerated his colon. Not knowing how bad he was injured, my client went home from the scene and did not want to get his friend in trouble. Later he was taken to the hospital and it was determined he was very seriously injured.
