Death of a child pedestrian (All Available Insurance obtained)
A child was walking beside a remote road with its relative when a vehicle hit and killed the child. The driver indicated the child walked into the roadway. The eyewitness child said they were both off the road on the shoulder. All insurance monies available were paid to settle the case.
