After recent news of many deaths and accidents resulting from General Motors vehicles and the faulty ignition switch left in cars, GM has hired a compensation expert to handle every case. This will ensure everyone affected by the recalled cars will be reimbursed for their damages and no cap will be placed on the amount GM will pay out.
Those involved in the accidents caused by the ignition switch or those with family members who were killed, will be able to file their claim with GM and receive compensation for their losses.
In order to assess their claim and give them a fair amount of money to cover damages, GM compensation expert Feinberg asks that applicants submit anything they can to help to their claim. Things to include are accident reports, medical bills, pictures of vehicle, etc... Feinberg will personally determine the amount of money each claim receives, not General Motors.
